Black Moon Rod

The "Black Moon Rod", as seen only in the Original 90's BSSM Anime.  Apparently, this Anime-only item wasn't originally given a name, but in the English Dub it was given the name "NegaMoon Strove/Strobe"; fans have none-the-less dubbed it the "Black Moon Stick/Rod".  It could also be referred to as the "Jakokuzuishō/Jakokuzuishou Rod"

It was provided to Rubeus by Wiseman, and was provided to the remaining Phantom Sisters, Petz & Calaveras.  It was made from the Jakokuzuishō/Jakokuzuishou, (邪黒水晶, Evil Black Crystal).  Within the orb on the top of the rod, there is the same kind of gemstone (most likely also made from the Jakokuzuishō/Jakokuzuishou (Evil Black Crystal)), that was seen whenever a Droid was vanquished. 

It had the power to magnify one's powers 10-fold, but also magnified the Darkness within you.  It brought out the worst in Petz, to the point where she even turned on her sister Calaveras; the effects of which ended when she was disarmed of it.  It was destroyed by a joint attack, the "Sailor Planet Power Attack" ( wikimoon.org/index.php?title=S… & sailormoon.wikia.com/wiki/Sail… ).

Appears only in ep. 72 "Hijou no Rubeus! Kanashimi no yonshimai" (lit. "Rubeus's Emergency! The loss of the Four Sisters"; www.soul-hunter.com/sailormoon… ).
