Sailor V(enus) (SMC Settei)

Sailor V(enus) (the Senshi form (and in-training) of Minako Aino, and the reincarnation of Princess Venus, (a Princess in the Court of the Moon Princess Serenity, (Heiress of the Moon Kingdom and High Princess of the Silver Millennium)), as seen in the 1st Arc), as seen in Settei for the 2014 "Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon" Anime Reboot, "Sailor Moon Crystal". 

NOTE:  You'll notice that V is a size smaller/shorter than Venus; this is because they are that size on the scans I'd sourced them from.  I kept them this way because, as I see it, Minako Aino first became Sailor V at age 13 & more fully-awakened as Sailor Venus at age 14; she could easily have had a growth-spurt over that year as Sailor V.
